The flexible UltraPly TPO roof membrane is very well suited to commercial and industrial flat roofs with a slight incline. Its light colour, clear rainwater certificate and FLL certificate make TPO ideal for roof gardens and PV installations. We hold Master Contractor certification, which means that MUTEC can offer you exceptional product warranties, straight from the manufacturer.

Single layer EPDM membranes have proven their sustainability credentials on industrial roofs for more than fifty years. MUTEC has worked closely with the manufacturer who set the standard to offer you the most sustainable and innovative EPDM membrane on the market.

PVC is used as a thermoplastic roof membrane to seal industrial flat roofs. Economic and easy to install, PVC remains one of the most common roof membranes.

Bitumen is the preferred solution for two-layer roofing systems. It is also ideal when you want to add a second layer to your bitumen roof. Roofing membranes have proven to have a long lifespan and are used regularly on industrial flat roofs.

MUTEC advises you in your choice of insulation type and thickness, with due consideration for the fire safety, density and insulating capacity requirements. You are entitled to the Flemish insulation premium of €4/m² when you improve your insulation in the course of a roof renovation.
