FCC 1 - Belgian New Fruit Wharf

If you eat a banana or pineapple, chances are it passed through the warehouses of Belgian New Fruit Wharf. Handling 2.5 million tonnes of fruit and juice a year, BNFW is one of the largest fruit transhipment companies in the world. In the coastal port, BNFW has operated a terminal for the transhipment of kiwifruit from New Zealand, France and Italy since 1984.
