MUTEC inspects the roofs you are looking to renovate and provides advice on the most suitable roof superstructure, with all the pros and cons of each option. We take account of the activities conducted under the roofs, any demand for additional insulation and the desired lifespan. We then make all the necessary preparations and coordinate all activities, working with third parties as needed. A tried and tested formula to ensure a watertight result.

Aftersales and personalized service

Servicing contract

If you’d like to continue to benefit from the 10-year warranty, you can sign up to a servicing contract. This promotes the lifespan of your roof and reduces the risk of water damage. MUTEC removes the dirt, frees up the drainage and conducts a visual inspection, making any necessary repairs. Upon completion, you receive a full report with photos.

Callouts

Our callout teams are on stand-by daily to carry out minor repairs, work on discharge pipes and check for leaks.

Inspections

MUTEC draws up a renovation and maintenance plan in consultation with the customer, based on previous invasive and non-invasive roof inspections. We provide our technical advice without obligation with the aim of building a long-term relationship.

Other activities

As well as sealing flat roofs, MUTEC also provides other services closely related to our core business. We function as a central point of contact during the work, ensuring streamlined coordination between our roofing partners.

Green roofs

Living roofs come with numerous benefits:

Protection from UV rays to extend the lifespan of the roof membrane

Rainwater buffering, reducing the pressure on the drainage
Enhanced fire protection by increasing the fire resistance of the roof superstructure

PV installations

MUTEC works with specialized PV partners to ensure our work always goes smoothly. We make sure that the lifespan of your roofing is at least as long as the lifespan of your PV panels. You can call in MUTEC to inspect your existing roof before you install any solar panels. This ensures you avoid the expense of removing and reinstalling your panels and the risk of damage or loss of earnings while they are out of service.

Fall protection systems

Safety is a key concern at MUTEC. We work with a select number of specialists to install permanent safety facilities and bring them into use:

Collective protective systems
Cage ladders
Signs and paths

Roof lanterns and domes

MUTEC renovates your existing roof lanterns and domes during your roof renovation process or at any other time. We take account of any smoke vents and other parts that can be opened. We provide an EPB-compliant, fall-safe solution as standard.

Steeldecking

MUTEC is able to install profiled steel plates to simplify the coordination for the main contractor. The pack is lifted into place by a mobile tower crane and then unpacked and secured manually.
